Workwear production «KVADRAT UNIFORMA»

The manufacturing company KVADRAT UNIFORMA has been specializing in the production of workwear and personal protective equipment since 2014. Today, we focus not on the brand's history but on the quality and capacity of our own production.
Our production capacities
• Modern equipment for sewing and cutting (automatic cutting complexes, industrial-grade sewing machines, hardware processing machines). • The capacity of the workshops allows for monthly production of: • Up to 5000 sets of summer workwear; • Up to 3000 sets of winter workwear. • Flexible production lines: capable of producing both standard models and individual customer orders.
Materials and technologies
In production, we use modern fabrics and insulating materials that meet international standards: • Fabrics: Lider, Taslan, Microdenim, Oxford, Greta, Twill, PU/TPU coated rainwear; • Insulators: synthetic padding of various densities (150–300 g/m²), modern wear-resistant lining materials; • Hardware: high-strength industrial-grade zippers, Velcro, and buttons. Production technologies include: • reinforced double seams for durability; • water and dirt-repellent fabric coating; • ventilation systems (eyelets, mesh inserts); • anatomical cut for comfort during long wear; • reflective elements and logo application using thermal press.
Quality control
At each stage, a strict control system is in place: 1. Inspection of fabric and hardware before sending to production. 2. Control of the correctness of the cutting and sewing process. 3. Checking the quality of seams and compliance of sizes with GOST requirements. 4. Final inspection of finished products. The products meet the following requirements: • GOST 12.4.280-2014 (general technical conditions for special clothing), • GOST R 12.4.303-2016, • TR TS 019/2011 (on the safety of personal protective equipment).
Logistics and service
We have our own warehouses for storage and quick dispatch. Delivery across Uzbekistan and CIS countries. The possibility of custom production taking into account corporate standards and the client's brand style.
